Thank you for shopping at Cloud Seven Clothing. We appreciate your business and want to ensure you’re fully satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you’re not completely happy with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

Custom Apparel

Please note, for our custom printed designs, these have been created specifically for you. Due to this, our customised items cannot be returned. However, we are determined to ensure you are happy with our products. If you have an issue with a particular item, please email us at within 14 days of receiving your order and we will do all we can to help.

However, there are some instances where we may not be able to provide support:

  1. We do not offer replacements for normal wear and tear. Due to the nature of the sport we play, some level of wear and tear is to be expected.
  2. We will not provide replacements for incorrect size orders. 
  3. Returns cannot be provided to those that have placed orders with spelling mistakes or errors in selection.

Return Window

You can return your none customised purchased items within 14 days of receiving the order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition

  • Be in the original packaging

Please note that the following items cannot be returned:

  • Any products with personalisation option.

Return Process

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.


Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm its receipt and notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 30 days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or payment provider. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
